Buying Your Home - And Working With a RE/MAX Realtor !

Determining the difference and value of a RE/MAX Agent.
Is a real estate agent always a REALTOR?
No would be the correct answer!

Real estate agents are licensed with the real estate commission but...
REALTORS hold a highly regarded status which is related to affiliation with the National Realtors Association and our Local  Maryland Board of Realtors.

Hiring a REALTOR means using a profession who is held to an Ethical and Business Criteria as set by NAR Code of Ethics. The affiliation affords us the privilege of membership into BrightMls, which is a property informational system. Real estate agents, have no access to these systems and are not held to the Code of Ethics Standard.

Should I secure a Realtor when purchasing a Newly Built Home?
The answer would be YES!  While thinking about a new home purchase remember this, the Seller represents their own best interest and it is generally suggested that you acquire your own buyer representation. A RE/MAX Realtor will help you negotiate your new home purchase and work for your best interest and outcome.

What and who is a buyer's agent?

A buyers agent is a Realtor who you employ through their brokerage to provide information and to represent your best interest in a real estate transaction.
